Policy & Salon Etiquette

CONSULTATIONS:

A complimentary consultation is required for all potential clients.


PAYMENTS:

Acceptable methods of payments include cash, Cashapp, Zelle, and PayPal. Payment must be made prior to vacating the premises.


DEPOSITS:

A 50% deposit is required to secure appointments for services totaling $100 or more. This deposit is non-refundable.


LATE FEES:

A $15 late fee will incur for clients who are 15 minutes late. Additionally, if your stylist is more than 15 minutes late rendering your service, $15 will be deducted from the total fee. After 30 minutes, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.


CANCELLATIONS:

Cancelations and/or appointment changes must be made at least 48 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

For same day cancellations, a fee of $75 will incur.

For cancellations made within 24 business hours, a $50 fee will incur.


Salon Etiquette:

  • Please call as soon as you realize you are going to be late. If you are going to be 30 minutes late or later, consider rescheduling or prepare to wait if your tardiness interferes with another client’s time.

  • When listening to electronic devices, please have earbuds/headphones available.

  • Communicate if you are dissatisfied or uncomfortable for ANY reason.

  • Be clear about costs and fees.

  • Tipping is a polite and appreciated gesture, and it is 100% optional.
